The Applicant and the Company agree as follows: The Company will make electrical energy available to the Applicant, the Applicant agrees to purchase from the Company all electric energy used on the premises below described now owned or occupied by the Applicant in accordance with the rate schedule and rules and regulations of the Company. The Applicant will comply with and be bound by such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the Company from time to time.
