In response to the global pandemic and to safeguard the health and wellness of our employees, contractors and customers, effective Wednesday, March 18, our offices and drive-through window will be closed to customers and visitors. Bill payments may continue to be made online here on the Billing page of our website, and automatic payments will continue as normal.

We have also suspended non-essential services, but customers may continue to reach our Customer Service team with billing inquiries, to report an outage, etc. as usual at 352-8411 or by email at

Further, we understand this may be a difficult time for some of our customers. Effective immediately, we have temporarily suspended disconnections for non-payment.
